| 1994 | PAL Group is created by the merger of the companies under a single umbrella |
| 1998 | Extrusions and Adhesive divisions are renamed from RA to PAL to promote corporate identity |
| 2002 | Geoplas Profiles is created to develop unique patented roofline products and general extruded plastic ancillary items |
| 2004 | The trading stock, assets and order book of Rustin Allen Ltd are acquired by the Group |
| 2004 | Darren Lowe becomes Managing Director of PAL Adhesives and joins the main board |
| 2006 | Fensys is born with the development of an outdoor grade fencing system |
| 2008 | The Fensys product range is extended to include balustrade hand railing, UPVC deck board and a galvanised decking sub-frame |
| 2009 | Simon Lowe becomes Managing Director of PAL Extrusions, Geoplas, Fensys, Glazing divisions and joins the main board |
| 2012 | The Group acquires the Darlaston Industrial Estate site and all companies move to the same site |
